These Terms and Conditions govern the automotive maintenance and repair services provided by our company in Egypt. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service request.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all automotive maintenance and repair services provided by our company.
1.2. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
1.3. The company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes before they become applicable.
1.4. All services are performed in accordance with Egyptian laws and industry regulations.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. Our company offers a comprehensive range of automotive maintenance and repair services, including:
  • Engine diagnostics and repairs
  • Transmission service and repair
  • Brake system inspection and repair
  • Suspension and steering system repairs
  • Electrical system diagnosis and repairs
  • Air conditioning and heating system service
  • Tire service, including alignment and replacement
  • Regular maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
2.2. The exact scope of work for each service request will be detailed in the service agreement, including an estimate of time and costs.
2.3. Any additional services, parts, or repairs identified during the service process may incur additional charges, and clients will be informed before proceeding.
3. Service Estimates and Quotes
3.1. An initial inspection of the vehicle is conducted to evaluate its condition and identify any necessary repairs.
3.2. Following the inspection, clients will receive a written estimate of the costs, including labor, materials, and parts.
3.3. The estimates are based on standard repair costs, but additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered during the repair process.
3.4. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless stated otherwise.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1. A deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required before any work is initiated.
4.2. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed services and before the vehicle is returned to the client.
4.3. Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.
4.4. In case of late payment, the company reserves the right to apply a late fee and delay the return of the vehicle.
4.5. Clients are required to settle all outstanding payments before taking possession of their vehicles.
5. Work Completion and Timelines
5.1. Service timelines are provided as estimates based on standard repair procedures and material availability.
5.2. Unforeseen circumstances such as delays in receiving parts, adverse weather conditions, or complex repairs may result in extended service times.
5.3. The company will notify clients promptly if any delays occur and provide a revised timeline for completion.
6. Parts and Materials
6.1. Only high-quality parts and materials, either OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or equivalent, are used for repairs.
6.2. Clients may request specific brands or parts, but the company will not be responsible for any warranty claims related to third-party parts.
6.3. In case the requested part is unavailable, the company will suggest an alternative that meets the necessary specifications.
7. Warranty and Guarantee
7.1. The company offers a limited warranty on labor and parts used during repairs.
7.2. The warranty period varies depending on the type of service and parts used. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
7.3. The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Parts not provided by the company
  • Regular wear and tear due to usage
7.4. Any issues related to the warranty should be reported immediately, and the company will assess the situation within the terms outlined.
8. Client Responsibilities
8.1. Clients must provide accurate information about their vehicle, including its history and any issues experienced.
8.2. Clients must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled time.
8.3. The company is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Clients should remove all valuables before service.
8.4. Clients should inform the company of any special requirements or preferences before work begins.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The company is not liable for damages resulting from events beyond its control, including natural disasters, accidents, or third-party actions.
9.2. The company is not responsible for pre-existing issues or defects that are not identified during the initial inspection.
9.3. The liability of the company in case of any claims is limited to the total cost of the services provided.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
10.1. Clients may cancel the service request prior to the start of work, subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total estimated cost.
10.2. Once work has commenced or parts have been ordered, deposits are non-refundable.
10.3. In case of service delays or cancellations by the company, the client is entitled to a full refund for any work not performed.
10.4. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation request.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
11.1. The company values client privacy and handles all personal data in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
11.2. Client data will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
11.3. The company may use images or testimonials from completed work for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1. In case of a dispute, the company will first attempt to resolve the issue through mediation or direct negotiation with the client.
12.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be submitted to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
